Corporate training that actually changes behaviour

Most workshops are forgotten by Monday. We design programs around cognitive science, real business problems, and relentless follow-through — so the skills your people learn become the skills they use.

How we build programs that stick

We rejected the slide-deck-and-lunch model years ago. Instead, every engagement follows a four-phase cycle rooted in adult learning science and measured against your own KPIs.

1. Diagnostic deep-dive

Before we design anything, we interview stakeholders, shadow workflows, and review performance data. The goal is to identify the precise gap between current capability and the outcome your business needs — not just what managers think the problem is. This diagnostic phase typically takes three to five working days and involves structured conversations with team leads, frontline employees, and senior sponsors. We look at communication patterns, decision-making bottlenecks, and the informal habits that no org chart reveals.

2. Scenario-based design

We craft each module around realistic scenarios drawn from your own operations. Participants solve problems they will actually face, using tools they already have. No generic case studies, no hypothetical companies named "Acme." Our instructional designers build branching exercises that adapt in complexity based on the group's progress. We also embed micro-assessments throughout — not to grade anyone, but to give facilitators real-time data on which concepts need reinforcement.

3. Live facilitation

Our facilitators are practitioners, not lecturers. Sessions are deliberately uncomfortable in the best way: participants practise difficult conversations, make decisions under time pressure, and receive peer feedback in structured rounds. We cap cohorts at eighteen people to ensure every participant gets direct coaching. Sessions run either on-site at your location or at our Laval training centre, depending on logistics and team size.

4. Reinforcement and measurement

Sixty days after delivery, we return. We run follow-up assessments, facilitate reflection sessions, and compare behavioural metrics against the baseline we captured in Phase 1. This is where most training providers disappear — and where we double down. Clients receive a detailed impact report showing what changed, what held, and what needs a booster session. Continuous improvement is not a slogan for us; it is built into every contract.

Programs we deliver

Every program is customised, but these are the domains where we have the deepest expertise and the strongest track record.

Leadership under pressure

Designed for mid-level managers stepping into senior roles. Participants practise real-time decision-making, conflict resolution, and strategic communication through immersive simulations that mirror the complexity of their actual responsibilities. We focus on the messy middle — the moments when there is no playbook and the stakes are high.

Cross-functional collaboration

Silos kill speed. This program brings together people from different departments to map dependencies, negotiate priorities, and build shared accountability structures. Participants leave with concrete collaboration protocols they can implement the following week, not vague commitments to "communicate better."

Data-informed decision making

Not a statistics course — a practical workshop for non-technical leaders who need to interpret dashboards, challenge assumptions, and ask better questions of their analysts. We use your organisation's own data sets wherever possible, so the exercises feel immediately relevant rather than academic.

New manager onboarding

The transition from individual contributor to people manager is one of the riskiest moments in a career. This intensive two-day program covers performance conversations, delegation frameworks, and the psychological shift required to lead former peers. We pair each participant with a coaching partner for ninety days of post-program support.

Customer experience mastery

For client-facing teams that need to handle escalations, build trust quickly, and turn difficult interactions into loyalty moments. We use recorded call analysis, role-play labs, and empathy-mapping exercises to rewire default responses. Participants report measurable improvements in customer satisfaction scores within the first quarter after training.

Hybrid and remote team effectiveness

Distributed work is here to stay, but most teams never received formal training on how to collaborate asynchronously, run productive virtual meetings, or maintain culture across time zones. This program addresses the specific friction points of hybrid work with practical rituals, tool configurations, and communication norms your teams can adopt immediately.

Questions we hear often

Most programs run between two and five days of live facilitation, spread across two to four weeks. However, the diagnostic phase adds three to five days upfront, and our reinforcement phase extends the relationship by another sixty to ninety days. We scope every engagement individually — there is no one-size-fits-all duration.
Yes. While our headquarters and training centre are in Laval, we regularly deliver on-site programs across Canada and have facilitated virtual sessions for teams in the United States and Europe. Travel and logistics are included in our proposals with full transparency — no hidden fees.
Absolutely. Many clients start with leadership under pressure for their management team and then roll out cross-functional collaboration or customer experience mastery for broader groups. We design integrated learning journeys that build on each other, so skills compound rather than compete.
University programs teach frameworks. We build capability around your specific business context. Our facilitators have operational experience — they have managed teams, launched products, and navigated restructurings. The content is not theoretical; it is grounded in the realities your people face every day. We also measure outcomes against your KPIs, not just participant satisfaction scores.
All of our facilitators are fluent in both English and French. We can deliver sessions in either language or in a blended format where materials are provided in both. For teams with members who are more comfortable in French, we adjust facilitation language dynamically to ensure full participation and comprehension.

Let's figure out what your team actually needs

A discovery session is a free, thirty-minute conversation where we listen more than we talk. No pitch deck, no pressure — just an honest assessment of whether we are the right fit.
